Sie unterstützen die technische Leitung bei Angebots- und Ausführungsprojekten und übernehmen dabei die vollständige kauftechnische Bearbeitung. Sie arbeiten mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Fachabteilungen innerhalb unserer Matrixorganisation zusammen und berichten direkt an den Land Business Director Germany.

Aufgaben
  • mindestens 10 Jahr Berufserfahrung als Commercial Manager / Projektkauffrau / Projektkaufmann
  • Ausbildung zur Industriekaufrau / zum Industriekaufmann oder Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung idealerweise in einem Ingenieurbüro oder einem Unternehmen der Baubranche
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP Systemen und sonstigen Controlling-Tools von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den rechtlichen Grundlagen (VOB A/B und HOAI) sowie im Forderungsmanagement
  • Verhandlungs- und Vertragserfahrung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und analytische Fähigkeiten mit Affinität zu Finanzthemen und Projektrisiken
  • Proaktive, genaue und gut entwickelte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 5% der Zeit)
Qualifikation
  • Sie übernehmen den kauftechnischen Bereich bei der Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Präqualifikationsunterlagen, Angeboten, Teilnahmewettbewerben und Ausführungsprojekten
  • Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der Rechnungsprüfung und Rechnungsstellung
  • Sie übernehmen die ​Verantwortung für das Forderungsmanagement und die Liquiditätssteuerung
  • Sie führen den projektbezogenen Einkauf und Nachunternehmerverhandlungen und prüfen die Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten
  • Sie kümmern sich um projektbezogene Versicherungen, Bürgschaften, usw.
  • Sie kontrollieren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Controlling die Schnittstellen zur Buchhaltung und die Eingaben im ERP-System
