Das machst Du bei uns
  • Du unterstützt unsere neuen Kund:innen telefonisch oder per Fernzugriff bei der Anbindung unseres Produkts in der Praxistelefonie
  • Du beantwortest technische Anfragen von unseren Bestandskund:innen per Telefon und Mail
  • Bei technischen Herausforderungen begibst du dich gemeinsam mit der technischen Ansprechperson der Praxis, allein oder mit dem Team, auf Lösungssuche und stellst somit sicher, dass unser Produkt optimal genutzt werden kann
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales-, Customer Success & Service-Team zusammen, um den besten Einsatz unseres Telefonassistenten zu gewährleisten.
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Telekommunikation, Netzwerktechnik, Fachinformatik oder ein Studium in einem ähnlichen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du konntest bereits erste relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich Telefon- und Netzwerkanlagen und/oder im Kundenservice sammeln
  • Dir fällt es leicht, technische Details in einfache Sprache zu übersetzen und du kannst daher sowohl mit Ärzt:innen als auch einem technischen Kontakt der Praxis zielgruppengerecht kommunizieren
  • Du arbeitest stets lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß daran, im Team zu arbeiten
  • Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf sehr gutem Niveau und fühlst dich wohl auf Englisch im Team zu kommunizieren
  • Bonus: Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Netzwerkprotokollen, Asterisk, im (Digital) Health-Bereich oder in schnelllebigen (Startup-)Umgebungen
