Your mission SIDES ist ein erfolgreiches SaaS-Unternehmen mit ambitionierten Wachstumszielen und einem klaren Fokus auf digitale Innovationen in der Gastronomie- und Lieferbranche. Als Founders Associate - Working Student (m/w/d) arbeitest du direkt mit unserem CEO sowie bereichsübergreifend mit unseren Teams an neuen Wachstumsprojekten. Du denkst strategisch, entwickelst Ideen weiter und setzt sie in erste Prototypen um. Was Du gemeinsam mit uns aufbaust: Du arbeitest eng mit dem CEO und den Teams an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Wachstumsinitiativen. Du konzipierst neue Produktideen oder MVPs und setzt erste Click-Dummies oder Code-Prototypen um („Vibe Coding“ – pragmatisch, explorativ, schnell). Du führst Markt- und Datenanalysen durch, bewertest Chancen und entwickelst Hypothesen. Du koordinierst cross-funktionale Projekte – von der Ideenphase über das Testing bis hin zum ersten Go-to-Market. Du bringst deine Perspektive in Entscheidungsprozesse ein und wirst so zu einem Sparringspartner des Founder-Teams. Du entwickelst dich perspektivisch zu einem (Produkt-)Leader, der Projekte eigenständig vorantreibt. Your profile Was Du zu unserem Team hinzufügst: Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z. B. Wirtschaft, Management, IT oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung) Du hast ein starkes Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, Tech-Produkten und datengetriebenem Wachstum. Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im Startup-, Tech- oder Beratungsumfeld mit oder hast bereits an eigenen Projekten gearbeitet. Du hast eine „Hands-on“-Mentalität, denkst agil und kannst dich flexibel auf neue Themen einstellen. Du bist in der Lage, Ideen zu skizzieren, MVPs zu entwickeln und mit No-Code- oder Low-Code-Tools oder einfachem Code (z. B. HTML/CSS/JS, Python oder Flutter) erste Prototypen zu bauen. Du bist kommunikationsstark, wissbegierig und arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich.
