Aufgaben
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden und entwickelst mit ihnen digitale Produkte, die echte Veränderungen bewirken.
  • Du sorgst für eine ausgewogene Balance zwischen den Zielen unserer Kunden und den vielfältigen Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen
  • Du leitest durch Strukturieren, Priorisieren und Moderieren, um Kundenziele effektiv zu erreichen
  • Du pflegst die Kundenbeziehungen, verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und entwickelst Lösungsstrategien
  • Du erstellst Roadmaps und sorgst für eine stetige Abstimmung zwischen Kunden und internen Teams
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Definition der Projektziele, Angebotserstellung, Budgetkontrolle sowie Reporting und Prognosen
  • Du überwachst kontinuierlich Performance, Daten und KPIs und richtest Strategien danach aus
  • Du organisierst Workshops und regelmäßige Kundentermine zur Förderung der Zusammenarbeit
Qualifikation
  • Du bist mit agilen Arbeitsweisen überaus vertraut und beherrscht ebenso klassisches Projektmanagement
  • Du leitest komplexe und vielschichtige Digitalprojekte und bist es gewohnt, mit Teams aus unterschiedlichsten Fachbereichen wie UX und UI sowie Web-, App- und Backend-Entwicklung zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Du bist überaus vertraut mit Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung auf Gesamtprojekt- und Teamebene
  • Du beherrschst das Projekt- und Kundencontrolling, um Projekterfolge sicherzustellen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus, sowohl intern als auch extern, und kannst unterschiedliche Interessen und Abhängigkeiten im Sinne des Kunden und des Teams ausbalancieren
  • Verhandlungsgeschick auf Senior-Ebene gehört zu deinen Stärken
  • Das Erstellen überzeugender Angebotspräsentationen fällt dir leicht
  • Du bist aktiv in der Informationsbeschaffung und im Aufbau eines starken Netzwerks mit Kunden und Team
  • Du motivierst das interne Team mit deiner positiven Art, guten Briefings und treibst proaktiv neue Themen voran
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch perfekt in Wort und Schrift und kommunizierst auch auf Englisch sicher
