Der Support-Spezialist wird auch bei den Verhandlungen über den Kauf von Fahrrädern helfen. Ein Spezialist ist ein echter Problemlöser 🦾, dem Upway seine Kunden anvertrauen kann.
AufgabenKundenanfragen effizient bearbeiten:
- Stelle sicher, dass alle Kundenanfragen und -probleme schnell und zufriedenstellend gelöst werden.
- Übertreffe die Erwartungen der Kunden in jeder Interaktion.
Schnelle Reaktion über verschiedene Kanäle:
- Reagiere prompt auf Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Chat und gelegentlich telefonisch.
- Halte ein hohes Maß an Reaktionsfähigkeit aufrecht, um eine zeitnahe Unterstützung für Kunden zu gewährleisten.
Unterstützung bei der Auswahl des perfekten E-Bikes:
- Hilf Kunden dabei, das für sie am besten geeignete E-Bike auszuwählen, basierend auf ihren Bedürfnissen, Vorlieben und Budget.
- Gib genaue und detaillierte Informationen zu verfügbaren E-Bike-Modellen, Funktionen und Spezifikationen.
After-Sales-Service:
- Gib Kunden regelmäßig Updates zum Status der Lieferung ihres E-Bikes.
- Bearbeite Garantiefälle effizient und koordiniere mit relevanten Abteilungen, um Probleme schnell zu lösen.
- Unterstütze Kunden bei allen Anfragen oder Bedenken nach dem Kauf und gewährleiste eine reibungslose After-Sales-Erfahrung.
- Adresse jegliche Probleme oder Diskrepanzen nach der Lieferung, wie fehlende Teile oder Schäden, und koordiniere entsprechende Lösungen.
Verbesserung von Support- und Betriebsprozessen:
- Identifiziere proaktiv Bereiche zur Verbesserung der Kundenbetreuung und der Betriebsprozesse.
- Arbeite mit dem Team zusammen, um innovative Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Teile Feedback und Vorschläge zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen, Verbesserung von Kommunikationskanälen und Optimierung von Kundenserviceverfahren. Deine Meinung zählt 🙂
