About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Workstation Customer Care as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their e-scooter rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify customer documents, including identity cards and driving licenses, using video software to ensure accurate identification.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers on using our app, including reservation, unlocking, starting, and returning e-scooters.
  • Collaborate with the battery replacement team to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
  • Explain our concept, insurance conditions, costs, and payment options to interested customers.
  • Offer personalized support in the event of an accident.
Requirements
  • Be customer-oriented and able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Dutch.
  • Be able to work shifts and be PC literate.
