Agile Project Manager (m/w/d) gesucht Unser Auftraggeber, ein großes E-Commerce-Unternehmen aus Würzburg, sucht ab sofort Verstärkung im agilen Projektmanagement für seinen Geschäftskundenbereich am Headquarter in Würzburg.

Ein Remote-Anteil von ca. 40 % nach Einarbeitung ist hierbei möglich.

Aufgaben
  • Als Agile Project Manager (m/w/d) leitest Du verschiedene Projekte zur Verbesserung der Geschäftskundenerlebnisse und sorgst für eine optimale Einbindung aller relevanten Stakeholder
  • Hierbei unterstützt Du Dein Team dabei, Geschäftskunden, Franchise-Unternehmen und Resellern den Zugang zu einem vielfältigen Produktsortiment zu erleichtern
  • Du koordinierst und kommunizierst effizient zwischen den Verantwortlichen, um einen reibungslosen Informationsaustausch zu gewährleisten
  • Du erfasst, dokumentierst und strukturierst alle notwendigen Projektinformationen und erstellst daraus Arbeitspakete und Zeitpläne
  • Du behältst stets die Fortschritte im Blick, identifizierst potenzielle Prozessoptimierungen und arbeitest zielgerichtet auf den erfolgreichen Abschluss Deiner Projekte hin
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast bereits einige Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce oder IT-Bereich, sammeln können
  • Idealerweise kennst Du Dich mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Asana, Monday oder Trello aus
  • Du besitzt ein agiles Mindset und bist ein Kommunikationstalent mit seriösem Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab (Teamsprache ist Englisch)
