Your responsibilities
Manage project teams and coordinate the necessary activities towards the execution of assigned projects Establish, maintain, and manage a project schedule starting at late-stage development until execution closure with a focus on deviation analysis and its respective impacts towards the project Develop clear and precise work breakdown structures to efficiently reach expected project goals including lot definitions to support the tendering, RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes Ensure all acceptance criteria for each contractual scope has been met as per each contract’s terms Ensure that leadership is informed of any project risks, particularly with respect of impacts to project scope, finances, schedule, HSSEQ and possible inpact to any outside party Focus on continual improvement towards the process and way of working with a focus on implementation of digital systems and modern technologies to efficiently manage the construction and project management lifecycle Actively promote a safe way of working culture Report to the Head of Construction and Project Management in respect of scope, finances, schedule and HSSEQ of assigned projectsYour profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant degree 3-5 Years of professional experience in the management of large-scale and or multiple mid-sized local and international solar projects Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical concepts and drawings Experience managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Able to work independently, and as a team, while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques Fluent in written and spoken English (other European languages of our markets is a plus) Ability and willingness to travel Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification Preferred: Strong understanding of the principles contained within Lean, Agile and Waterfall management including their respective strengths and weaknesses-
