DEINE MISSION

Als “Head of Client Engagement & Digital Innovation” bei Goldmarie & Friends wirst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Leitung und dem Management unserer Kundenprojekte einnehmen, mit einem starken Fokus auf digitale Loyalty-Lösungen. Du wirst maßgeschneiderte Strategien entwickeln, um die digitalen Lösungen unserer Kunden zu stärken, ihre Markenbindung zu verbessern und innovative Lösungen für komplexe

Aufgaben

Projektmanagement: Planung, Leitung und Durchführung von Kundenprojekten, von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung und Nachbetreuung.
Strategieentwicklung: Entwicklung von digitalen Strategien zur Optimierung der Kundenbindung und -gewinnung.
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen: Aktive Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden durch regelmäßige Kommunikation, individuelle Betreuung und die Identifikation sowie Umsetzung spezifischer Kundenbedürfnisse, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung zu maximieren.
Teamführung: Führung und Koordination des Projektteams zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Leistungsqualität.
Erfolgsmessung: Analyse und Reporting der Projekterfolge, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf CRM, digitales Marketing oder E-Commerce von Vorteil.
Fähigkeiten: Kompetenz in der Leitung von cross-funktionalen Teams, ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkfähigkeit, sowie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis digitaler Marketingstrategien.
Technisches Know-How: Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse und Verständnis für die technische Umsetzung digitaler Projekte, einschließlich der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen, Web-Technologien und Analyse-Tools
Kommunikation: Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
Initiative: Eine starke Eigeninitiative, mit der Fähigkeit, Projekte selbständig zu strukturieren und zum Erfolg zu führen.
Innovation: Ein kreativer Denker, der bereit ist, außerhalb der gewohnten Pfade zu denken und neue, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und Goldmarie somit zukunftsorientiert nach vorne zubringen.
