Ob Hyperscaler-Expert:innen, Cloud Developer oder SAP-Profis – die PCG bietet diverse Möglichkeiten, dein Cloud-Wissen optimal einzubringen und auszubauen.

Mittlerweile sind wir mehr als 400 Kolleg:innen an 16 Standorten in der EU.

Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir DICH als Cloud Engineer Modern Work / Microsoft 365 (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Worum geht´s? Modern Work und Microsoft 365 sind deine Themen und du kannst auch andere Menschen dafür begeistern? Super Gemeinsam mit unserem Head of Modern Work, den Squad Leads und deinen zukünftigen Kolleg:Innen verantwortest du die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von anspruchsvollen Microsoft 365 Szenarien und entwickelst Standards für den Aufbau und Betrieb von Microsoft 365 Umgebungen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden erarbeitest du deren Cloud Roadmap, analysierst bestehende Systeme und arbeitest aktiv in Migrationsprojekten mit. Du hast die freie Wahl, ob du Remote oder vor Ort arbeiten möchtest.

Das wirst du tun:
  • Gestalte die digitale Zukunft mit Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in intuitive und ansprechende Nutzererlebnisse.
  • Du gestaltest die Zukunft der digitalen Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation und schaffst mit Microsoft 365 ein Arbeitsumfeld, das Produktivität und Innovation fördert.
  • Als Experte für Microsoft 365 berätst du unsere Kunden kompetent und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen für ihre individuellen Anforderungen.
  • Als kreativer Kopf entwickelst du Wireframes, Mockups und interaktive Prototypen, die den User in den Mittelpunkt stellen.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Entwicklerteam setzt du deine Designs in die Realität um und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anwendungen auf allen Plattformen glänzen.
  • Als direkte/r Ansprechpartner/in berätst du unsere Kunden, analysierst ihre technischen Anforderungen und stehst ihnen während des gesamten Umsetzungsprozesses mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT und/oder Wirtschaft oder langjährige Erfahrung in M365.
  • Deutsch (C1) und Englisch sind für dich kein Problem, damit du unsere Kunden umfänglich beraten kannst.
  • Praktische Erfahrungen mit den Microsoft 365 Technologien und mit Hyperscalern
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit folgenden Themen/Technologien: Intune, SharePoint OnlinePower Platform, Exchange Online, Teams oder oder im Bereich Security & Compliance, Workloads, Entra ID.
  • Idealerweise besitzt du Microsoft 365 Zertifizierungen.
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und Kreativität bei komplexen Herausforderungen.
  • Dir gefällt es an der Erstellung von Konzepten oder Best Practices mitzuwirken.
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im agilen Team
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit modernen Projekt- und Servicemanagement-, sowie Collaboration-Tools (z. B. Atlassian, MS Teams, Google Workspace etc.)
  • Engagement sowie Ecken und Kanten, die Dich einzigartig und schätzenswert machen
