Wir sind Powershop4U GmbH, ein kleines aber engagiertes Team von 3 Mitarbeitern, welches im Bereich E-Commerce tätig ist.

Unser Lager befindet sich in Schwarzach am Main, unser Büro im Homeoffice unserer Mitarbeiter.

Bei uns steht der Kunde immer an erster Stelle und wir streben ständig danach, den besten Service zu bieten. Im Moment suchen wir nach einem Marketplace- und Prozessmanager (m/w/d), der bereit ist, mit uns zu wachsen und zu lernen.

Aufgaben
  • Aktive Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktlistings, einschließlich der Beschreibung, Bilder und Merkmale auf verschiedenen Marktplätzen wie Amazon, ebay, Otto, Kaufland und weiteren.
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Prozesse sowie der Datenqualität
  • Erreichung sowie die Steigerung von Umsatz- und Ertragszielen
  • Scouting von neuen Verkaufspotentialen
  • Du kümmerst dich um das operative Management und stellst so das Tagesgeschäft sicher: Reklamationen und Retourenbearbeitung, Kundenservice, Erstellung von Versandetiketten für das Lager, Bestellungen, etc.
  • Neben den Kunden, Marketplaces, Produkten und Bestellungen gehört eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lager und die ständige Optimierung der Versand- und Packprozesse zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Um Büro und Lager vollständig zu überblicken, packst du ca. 2-3 Tage pro Monat im Lager mit an. So lernst du alle Abläufe kennen und kannst bei Bedarf für Kollegen einspringen.
Qualifikation
  • Einen ausgeprägten Wissensdurst, Motivation dich proaktiv in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und den Ehrgeiz Probleme selbstständig zu lösen.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce und Marketplaces sind ein Bonus
  • Dank deiner Hands-On Mentalität hast du Lust die Firma aktiv voranzubringen.
  • Gute EDV und MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
