About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Calypso Operations Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Börse AG. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and operation of our Deutsche Börse Clearing applications, including OTC Calypso and SwCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day support and operational responsibilities for Eurex Clearing systems running on RedHat Linux and OpenShift platforms.
  • Install and configure software within Acceptance Test and Production systems.
  • Support business test cases and perform technical tests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for external and internal customers.
  • Participate in shift rotation and take on-call duties.
  • Maintain the operations handbook.
  • Design, build, maintain, and extend existing and new operational tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge in Calypso software, back-office operations, and configurations.
  • Understanding and experience with RedHat OpenShift Platform.
  • System management knowledge with Linux (Red Hat Enterprise).
  • Hands-on experience in Linux scripting (bash, python...) and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with CLI (oc).
  • Interest and ability to learn, collaborative working style.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written in English.
  • Good communication skills, ability to operate in a team, and contribute to team work.
