Known for its diverse range of award-winning series, documentaries, and feature films, Netflix continues to expand its production portfolio. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support a Netflix production in Berlin.

Aufgaben
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to production executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for executives, cast, and crew.
  • Personal Assistance: Support key production personnel with day-to-day personal tasks, ensuring their schedules and personal needs are efficiently managed.
  • On-Set Support: Be present on set to assist with daily operations, ensuring all production activities run smoothly.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize important documents, including call sheets, scripts, shot lists, and other essential paperwork.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and management of production supplies and equipment.
  • Talent Assistance: Support cast members with their on-set needs, including coordinating schedules and facilitating any special requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly and efficiently address any production-related issues that may arise, finding solutions to keep the production on track.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
Qualifikation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with production software/tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Passionate about film and television production.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
