Berlin, Germany- Creative Content- Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services with 233 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching, as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

We are seeking a Team Assistant to support our content team based in Berlin. We are looking for an experienced Assistant to support executives and the team by handling a heavy volume of organizational work.

We want folks from different backgrounds to feel expected, reflected, and respected at Netflix, and therefore we are committed to providing an accessible working environment for everyone.

**Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage complex calendars for multiple executives including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally.
- Coordinate logistics / technical set-up for content partner meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports, file management, etc.
- Communicate to relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
- Help track and enter various production-related data.
- Work collaboratively with Assistants in our wider DACH and EMEA teams.
- Champion and update our internal systems to assist in tracking and managing show status, deadlines, and milestones.
- Be the team “master of tools” for both internal and external systems.
- Support Team Leaders with ad hoc projects such as organizing and supporting events.
- Support creative leads by preparing presentations using Google Slides.
- Liaise with high-profile talent and coordinate gifting for partners.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience as an assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives in a corporate or production environment ideally with a media background.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
- Experience setting up and supporting events.
- Demonstrates flexibility towards work such as responding after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters.
- Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Mail.
