- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektplänen
für die Entwicklung neuer Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, inklusive der
Planung aller Phasen von der Ideenfindung bis zur Markteinführung. - Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Teams und externen Partnern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projekte termingerecht und innerhalb des festgelegten Budgets abgeschlossen werden.
- Überwachung des Projektfortschritts, inklusive der Identifizierung von potenziellen Risiken oder Engpässen und der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominderung.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards bei der Produktentwicklung, um Compliance und hohe Produktqualität zu gewährleisten.
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
über den Status und Erfolg der Projekte, einschließlich der Erstellung
von Empfehlungen für zukünftige Maßnahmen und Verbesserungen.
- Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Handel oder vergleichbar.
- Erfahrung in der Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Nahrungsergänzungsmittelindustrie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Kenntnisse der relevanten Vorschriften und Normen im Bereich Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, z.B. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und auf Basis dieser Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zu kommunizieren.
- Organisationstalent und eine detailorientierte Arbeitsweise, um mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Termine einzuhalten.
