A leading international Law firm is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Partner Assistant to join their office in Düsseldorf for a period of 2 years.

Tasks

In this role, alongside your team, you are supporting the Attorneys with administrative tasks. The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Correspondence in English and German
  • Preparation, checking & editing documents
  • Billing & invoicing tasks
  • Organising meetings and travel
  • Research
Requirements

I am hoping to hear from candidates who have a college or degree level qualification in administration, translation, linguistics, business administration, communications (or similar. You should have gained ideally at least 3 years experience in an Assistant function from professional services or a legal environment. Other requirements include:

  • Fluent English and German (written & spoken)
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • A stress resistant personality
  • A flexible and very proactive approach
