Aufgaben Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Pflege einer Teststrategie (Testpyramide, Quality Gates, Definition of Done) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Development. Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung automatisierter Tests auf UI-, API- und Integrationsebene inkl. Schreiben von Testcode in der jeweiligen Hauptsprache. Aufbau/Erweiterung von Testframeworks und Tooling sowie Optimierung von Teststabilität und -laufzeiten Durchführung von API-, Daten- und Systemtests, Testdaten-Setup, Mocking/Stubbing und Checks für Datenintegrität/Migrationen. Exploratives/risikobasiertes Testen neuer Features sowie aktive Unterstützung der Release-Readiness und Post-Release-Qualität (Monitoring, RCA). Sparringspartner:in für Dev-Teams zu Testdesign, Automatisierung und testbarer Architektur/Observability. Qualifikation Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Anwendungsentwicklung, oder bringst ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Testautomation mit Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit REST-basierten Webservices Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang und der Entwicklung mit JavaScript oder C# Idealerweise verfügst Du über gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von REST-basierten APIs Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lust Dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen Eine sorgfältige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab Benefits Das Wichtigste: Ein Umfeld mit tollen Kolleg:innen und starkem Teamgeist, damit Du jeden Morgen gerne zur Arbeit kommst.
