Aufgaben- Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Gesprächsleitfäden für Telefonate und E-Mails zur Präsentation unserer Dienstleistungen und Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachabteilung
- Akquise von potenziellen Kunden mithilfe unterschiedlicher Medien, Koordinierung von Terminen und Weiterleitung der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden in die Fachberatung
- Verfassen überzeugender E-Mails, nachhalten von Informationen sowie Aufgaben und Terminen
- Kontinuierliche Follow-Ups für den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Du besitzt exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft, um potenzielle Kunden zu begeistern und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Mit Empathie und Flexibilität im Gespräch entwickelst du Gesprächsleitfäden, die auf die Bedürfnisse und Sprache der Kunden zugeschnitten sind
- Die souveräne Behandlung von Einwänden gehört zu deinen Stärken. Du verwandelst Bedenken in Chancen durch kreative Lösungsansätze
- Moderne Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung sind dein Werkzeug: Du beherrschst moderne Tools und CRM-Systeme zur Organisation und Verwaltung deiner Arbeit

- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Level)
