Für unser Büro in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Legal & Compliance (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten und erfahrenen Head of Legal & Compliance, der unser Team verstärkt und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie ethischer Standards sicherstellt. Hierbei sind unter anderem Deine Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit gefragt, um einen bedeutenden Beitrag zum Erfolg und Wachstum unseres Unternehmens zu leisten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung eines effektiven Compliance-Programms zur Prävention, Erkennung und Behebung rechtlicher Risiken
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Compliance-Audits und Risikobewertungen
  • Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter zu Compliance-Themen und -Best Practices
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Compliance-Richtlinien und -Verfahren
  • Leitung von Untersuchungen bei Compliance-Verstößen
  • Management der Beziehungen zu externen Regulierungsbehörden, Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen und Ärztekammern

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Qualifikation. Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften und/oder Abschluss im Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung. Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Compliance- oder Rechtsberatungsposition, vorzugsweise in der Laborbranche oder einem verwandten Sektor. Sowie Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits und Risikoanalysen
  • Persönlichkeit. Empathische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit klaren Zielvorstellungen, hoher Teamfähigkeit, souveränem Auftreten und unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Analytiker. Du erkennst komplexe Zusammenhänge, arbeitest strukturiert, löst Probleme auf kreative Weise und deine Selbstständigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Organisationstalent. Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
  • Sprache. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
