PERGOLUX est une entreprise e-commerce en forte croissance dans le secteur Home & Garden. Nous concevons, fabriquons et commercialisons des pergolas haut de gamme. Nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) France motivé(e) pour renforcer notre présence sur le marché français et offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients. Vous serez au cœur de la relation client, en les conseillant dans leur parcours d’achat et en valorisant nos solutions premium. Déjà présent dans plus de 15 pays en Europe, en Australie, en Amérique du Nord et du Sud, PERGOLUX réinvente l’art de vivre en extérieur. Avec qui vous travaillerez Vous rejoindrez notre équipe internationale Sales en collaboration avec nos collègues Marketing et Opérations, afin d’assurer une expérience client fluide de la prise de contact jusqu’à l’installation. Vos missions Prospection & Support Commercial : Identifier et engager de nouveaux clients pour développer les ventes. Conseil Client : Proposer des recommandations personnalisées et mettre en avant les avantages de nos pergolas et accessoires haut de gamme. Gestion des Commandes : Garantir un parcours fluide de la demande initiale à l’achat final. Vente Additionnelle & Cross-Selling : Identifier les opportunités pour proposer des accessoires ou services complémentaires. Analyse de Marché : Suivre les tendances et la concurrence pour adapter nos stratégies commerciales. Événements & Salons : Représenter PERGOLUX lors de salons et foires pour promouvoir nos produits. Suivi Commercial : Tenir à jour le CRM et contribuer au suivi des performances. Profil recherché Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en vente ou relation client, idéalement sur des produits haut de gamme (luxe, immobilier, services premium). Français courant (C2) et anglais professionnel (C1). Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation. Esprit proactif et orienté client, sens de l’organisation. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe. Connaissance de base des techniques de vente et outils CRM. Ce que nous offrons Salaire & Bonus Compétitifs – Votre réussite est récompensée.
