As a Professional Sales Agent, you will drive growth for PERGOLUX in the French market by combining consultative sales expertise with outstanding customer guidance. You’ll help French-speaking customers understand the value of our premium pergolas, support them through each step of the purchase journey, and contribute directly to our fast expansion across Europe. As a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design, PERGOLUX values integrity, ambition, innovation, humility, appreciation, and unity — and you will play a key role in bringing this experience to life for our customers in France. What You’ll Do Identify, engage, and nurture potential French customers to drive market growth. Guide customers with tailored recommendations, clearly communicating the value of PERGOLUX’s premium products. Coordinate a seamless process from initial inquiry through to final purchase. Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and support reporting to improve performance. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally with high-value or premium products. Native-level French (C2) and strong English skills (C1). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
