Account Executive

- Conducting virtual product demonstrations to attract pre-qualified leads for our services
- Developing commercial proposals for our key accounts, which involves complex calculations and negotiations
- Independently managing the entire deal life cycle until closing and continuously improving our sales strategy, pitches, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Actively contributing to our sales strategy to ensure our growth for the upcoming years
- Building a "trusted advisor" relationship with (potential) customers to understand their specific needs and provide value-added services
- Being responsible for our global key accounts and establish long-term customer relationships
- Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our LaaS customers
- Participating in speaker activities at trade fairs and supporting our team
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industry, spare parts logistics, or SaaS
- The ability to actively listen to customers and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
- Assertiveness and a proactive approach
- Independence, result-orientation, and awareness of strategic requirements
- A team-oriented personality
- Persuasiveness and strong networking skills
- A structured and careful approach to tasks, with confidence in managing sales cycles and understanding frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Fluency in German and English
