- und Ausland expandieren. Um dieses Wachstum zu begleiten, baut die COGNOS AG einen Bereich Business Development auf, der direkt dem Vorstandsvorsitz zugeordnet ist. Die wesentlichen Aufgaben dieses neuen Bereichs fokussieren sich auf folgenden Aktivitäten:

- Unterstützung des Vorstands und der operativen Bereiche des Unternehmens bei der Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Planung
- Begleitung der Umsetzung der strategischen Planung
- Frühzeitige Erkennung von Markttrends sowie Ableitung von Implikationen für die Geschäftsentwicklung durch die Analyse der Entwicklung der wesentlichen Stakeholder (Wettbewerber, Studierende und Schüler, Öffentliche Hand, Arbeitsmarkt etc.)
- Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios und der Geschäftsmodelle
- Unterstützung bei M&A Prozessen

Im Rahmen des Aufbaus des neuen Bereichs der COGNOS AG ist folgende Position am Standort **Köln** in **Vollzeit** zu besetzen:

**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Begleitung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Leistungs
- und Produktportfolios auf Gruppenebene
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Business Development Teams
- Verantwortung für die Analyse von Markt-, Branchentrends und Überführung der Erkenntnisse in Potenziale für die Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios
- Ableitung von Innovationen sowie Implementierungsstrategien aus den Analyseergebnissen
- Zielgerechte und professionelle Umsetzung von Projekten
- Projektmanagement bei M&A oder Kooperationsprojekten
- Aufbereitung und Vorstellung von Konzernprojekten in Gremien auf Top Management-Ebene
- Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzern-Vorstand

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, einer Business Development-Abteilung größerer Unternehmensstrukturen oder im Management von Aufbau
- bzw. M&A-Projekten
- Erfahrung in strategischen Planungen, insbesondere auch Erfahrung mit agilen Planungsansätzen (Marktstrategien und funktionale Strategien)
- Analytisches und kreatives Denken im systematischen Ansatz
- Unternehmerische Denk
- und Handlungsweise
- „Hands-on”-Mentalität, Zielstrebigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Art sowie hohe Serviceorientierung und Resilienz
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
