In your role as **Business Planner (M/F/d) **in Sales International, you are a vital person in the day-to-day business planning of the Senior Vice President of Sales International. Together, you will form a solid team to drive the International business forward optimally.

**Your impact**:

- Support of the SVP Sales International in the business performance steering and day-to-day business topics
- Steer the quality, precision, and reliability of data-driven business planning & performance management of the sales organization.
- Steer forecast accuracy through proactive validation of local forecasts and implement a continuous improvement cycle.
- Support in solving strategic questions and the derivation of decisions as well as active support of development processes.
- Prepare and process decision-relevant information such as business performance reviews, sales efficiency, and tracking of critical metrics of strategic sales initiatives.
- Support in the strategy and budgeting process
- Cooperation in the preparation, planning, and follow-up of meetings
- Lead and support projects to drive urgent and relevant issues forward.
- Interact regularly with the Sales International leadership team and cross-functional global teams with the goal of ensuring strategically relevant issues are addressed in terms of planning, prioritization, and time management

**Who you are**:

- Academic degree in business administration or engineering
- Customer focus, digital, and excellent analytical skills.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in high analytical & business improvement positions (for example, Consultancy).
- Profound experience in core sales processes and respective IT tools (e.g., SAP, Google Workspace, Asana) and digital tools such as creating business presentations and spreadsheets.
- Experience with and affinity for agile, cross-functional, and non-hierarchical organizational collaboration structures.
- A curiosity about people and strong team play; inspirational direct and indirect leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in English and German, and preferably a 3rd language.
