Sie sorgen für Begeisterung und haben Spaß an Servicequalität auf höchstem Niveau? Dann kommen Sie zu uns als Abteilungsleiter im Bereich Service Innendienst / Customer Service / Kundendienst / Customer Care / Kundenbetreuung / Customer Support.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie konzipieren und realisieren **langfristige, strategische Ziele **und **Roadmaps **für unsere Serviceabteilung
- Sie beobachten den Markt, entwickeln **innovative Serviceangebote **und setzen diese um, um für die Kunden einen klaren **Mehrwert** zu schaffen und die **Wettbewerbsfähigkeit** zu steigern
- Sie unterstützen die Serviceleitung bei der **Ressourcenplanung** sowie im Rahmen des **Budgetierungsprozesses **— sowohl im Hinblick auf operative Aufgaben wie auch für neue strategische Konzepte
- Sie übernehmen die fachkundige **Führung, Weiterentwicklung** und effektive **Steuerung** Ihres Teams
- Sie initiieren **Projekte zur Effizienz
- und Qualitätssteigerung **(Optimierung der Serviceprozesse und KPIs) sowie im Hinblick auf notwendige organisatorische Veränderungen
- Sie agieren als kompetenter **Ansprechpartner bei Eskalationsfällen **oder komplexen Kundenanliegen

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie haben **einschlägige Berufspraxis im Serviceumfeld **sowie erste **Führungserfahrung**:

- Sie arbeiten analytisch, konzeptionell und strategisch - mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der **kennzahlenbasierten Steuerung** einer Service-Organisation
- Sie sind erfahren im **Projektmanagement, **handeln **lösungsorientiert, **überblicken das große Ganze
- Sie arbeiten **strukturiert und zielgerichtet **und beherrschen die effiziente **Planung von Ressourcen**:

- Sie sind belastbar und bleiben auch in Konfliktsituationen ruhig und freundlich, z.B. im Umgang mit kritischen Kundenanliegen
