**Deine neuen Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers in operativen und strategischen Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bzw. Leitung von strategischen Projekten
- Controlling von Unternehmenszahlen
- Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten
- Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Konzepten
- Sparringspartner des Geschäftsführers für operative und strategische Themen
- Abstimmung und Koordinierung mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen
- Recherche und Reporting von Sonderthemen
- Steuerung zentraler Verwaltungsprozesse
- Organisation und Planung des Tagesgeschäfts
- Geschäftskorrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften o.ä.
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
- Selbständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Arbeitsmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Office-Paket
- Affinität zum Vertriebsmanagement
- Belastbarkeit, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Englisch
