WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create effective and thump-stopping animations that capture the audience and drive them to action
- Work closely together with the Senior Creative Team to develop concepts for best-in-class campaigns
- Own the ideation and execution of moving assets for organic social media that educates and connects with our fanbase.
- Develop the Motion Design Language as part of our brand guide to speak a consistent language
- Occasionally editing video and other material into cutting-edge clips that truly let people connect with Trade Republic and create lasting brand excitement
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere
- 3D Skills (in Cinema 4D / Redshift / and similar ) is a plus

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You bring 3-5 years of relevant motion design experience in an agency, a design studio, a production company, or an in-house creative department
- Passionate about motion design and visual trends, understanding what channels like snapchat and tiktok need
- Receptive to feedback from stakeholders and performance data insights from other marketing units
- Top-notch motion design skills and passion for always pushing boundaries and going the extra mile
- Outstanding structured way of working and organisational skills to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Fully comfortable in all online and offline media with a deep understanding of motion design for paid social media assets
- Editing and 3D skills are a great plus
- Committed team player willing to experiment with motion design
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a hyper-growth environment
