Tourlane is seeking an experienced Motion Designer (f/m/x) to join our Brand Growth team within our Marketing function. As a Motion Designer (f/m/x), you will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand video content for various channels, including social media, influencer campaigns, CRM, paid growth, and organic growth efforts.

**What is the role about?**
- Create visually stunning video content that aligns with our brand guidelines and supports the objectives of each campaign
- Work with the brand growth, social media, influencer, CRM, paid growth, and organic growth teams to develop video concepts that effectively convey the Tourlane brand and engage our target audience
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure the video content supports the copy messaging and reflects the brand voice and tone
- Develop storyboards, design frames, and motion graphics for video projects
- Edit and produce videos that align with each campaign's objectives and platform-specific best practices
- Ensure all video content is consistent and high-quality across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software

**What will you need to be successful?**
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Film Production or related field
- 4+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or related field, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of motion design and video editing skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Being fluent in German is a plus
