**Wir suchen ab sofort einen Videoeditor / Motion Designer (m/w/d) für den Standort Berlin**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist der kreative Kopf bei Growthartig Dein Ziel ist es, neue, kreative und außergewöhnliche Ideen in Content für die Social Media Kanäle umzusetzen. Dabei realisierst du neben der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden auch Inhouse-Projekte.
- Du bist beteiligt an der Planung, Produktion und Gestaltung der Kampagnen
- Der Fokus deiner Arbeit liegt vor allem in der Bearbeitung und im Schnitt des Videomaterials, ergänzt durch kreatives Motion Design
- Zugleich arbeitest du eng mit dem Marketing & Creative Team zusammen
- Du kennst die aktuellsten Trends und Techniken bei der Videobearbeitung und im Motion Design und hilfst bei Bedarf auch bei Videoproduktionen mit

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Man nennt dich auch den nächsten Tarantino Mit deinem Gespür für Bewegtbilder kreierst du packende und mitreißende Videos, die qualitativ auf dem Next Level sind
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gefühl für Storytelling, bist Profi hinsichtlich Bildaufbau, Sound und Schnitt und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und kreative Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Motion Design mit und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Animation und visuelle Effekte
- Du brennst für Social Media, bringst eine Affinität für die neuesten Trends mit und hast ein gutes Gespür für Facebook & Instagram sowie TikTok Advertising
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den wichtigsten Video
- und Sound-Schnittprogrammen der Adobe Creative Cloud wie Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, sowie Final Cut

Wenn du darüber hinaus Kenntnisse in 3D-Animation und Sound Editing mitbringst, wäre dies das i-Tüpfelchen auf deinem Profil.
