**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:
Als Customer Success & Logistics Agent (m/w/d) bist du für die Organisation unserer Logistikprozesse mit unseren externen Logistikdienstleistern verantwortlich. Neben der Einrichtung neuer Prozesse und der Pflege bestehender standardisierter Abläufe kümmerst Du dich um logistische Fragestellungen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden und unseren Logistikdienstleistern an deren Lösung. Die Organisation des Aufbaus, der Bestückung und des Versands unserer standardisierten Boxen / Testkits für Patientenproben liegt ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
In dieser Rolle wirst Du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserem Weg leisten, die Welt der Diagnose von Infektionskrankheiten zu verändern und somit die Behandlung von schwerkranken Patienten zu verbessern.
- Identifizierung, Verhandlung, Einführung, Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung von Logistiklösungen
- Bearbeitung von Logistik Problemen von Krankenhäusern und Kunden und proaktives Erarbeiten von Zukunftslösungen
- Organisieren, Verbessern und Ausführen des Zusammenstellens unserer Versandkits
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Customer Success, Vertrieb, IT und Medical Outcome Teams

**Dein Profil**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Logistikbeauftragter oder -koordinator
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung
- Kenntnisse der EU-Gesetze und -Vorschriften sowie der ISO-Anforderungen sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständig Aufgaben und Fragestellungen bearbeiten und mehrere Prozesse zu verfolgen
- Hervorragende organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten
- Offen für eigenes Lernen und Wachsen
- Tatkräftig und selbstmotiviert
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Fließende deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
