- Bouygues Energies & Services is an energy performance and services expert. On a daily basis, Bouygues Energies & Services designs, installs, maintains and operates technical systems and customized services in more than 30 countries. These services enable customers to combine control of their energy consumption with quality of life and working environment for their users.- Bouygues Energies & Services actively participates in the grid Reinforcement and reorganisation of the German electrical Network. Bouygues Energies & Services builds or rehabilitates very-high-voltage power lines.To support our development and growth in Germany, we are looking as soon as possible at our location in Munich for you asYour Accountabilities:
- Your objective is to support us in our development in this market and enhance our business in medium and long term.
- As an experienced leader, you manage and steer our team in Germany, and in particular the junior project managers, production managers, costs managers, safety managers and a purchaser, who report directly to you. You report to the management in Paris and are an active member of the strategies deployed.
- By coaching, inspiring and mentoring the team, you ensure that all team members have the required skills, trainings and resources to work effectively and develop themselves.
- You will be the main point of contact for our customers and main subcontractors. You lead the negotiation when the situation requests your added value.
- You will manage on all interfaces with our cooperation partners to ensure a good communication, great team spirit and the best possible collaboration.
- You perform professional project management during all phases of the project until successful completion.
- You manage and deliver the overall budget, high quality project plans, progress, reports, evaluations, and improvement of our processes.
- You are responsible for complying with all HSEQ regulations, especially regarding occupational safety in terms of a safe working environment for all project members and environmental protection.
- You are a key person to gather and share relevant information for or business strategy.
- Responsible to comply with the group fundamentals and guidelines
- Control and monitoring contractual risks, including those related to health & safety, ethics, human rights, environment, economical, logistic, quality and cyber security- Helps to improve these processes by providing reliable relevant and argued feedback.- Contribute to the Corporate Social Responsability - CSR - & low carbon roadmap and promote good CSR practices
- Support the implementation of our future structure in Germany

**Et si c'était vous ?**:

- You already justify with
- 10 years' successful experience in OHTL
- 10 years' successful experience in Projects Management
- You worked for 10 years in a comparable leadership role with the ability to organize all members into a high-performance project team in an international working environment
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy management or comparable field
- Strong technical project management skills, especially in scope's control, scheduling, cost control and procurement.
- You are an enthusiastic, collaboration oriented and dynamic person to set, follow and reach various project targets
- Very good teamwork, organizational and communication skills combined with a confident manner and competent interaction with all project members and relevant stakeholders
- Willingness to travel (at least 50%) within Germany, including openness for longer project stays and frequently international travel
