In your new role you will:

- **Lead in a matrix management configuration **, of a global cross functional product development team
- Be responsible for the **project execution success **and ensuring achievement of the strategic project targets: scope, budget/effort, time
- **Plan, organize, drive, and control the project **and continuously **evaluate **and track **risks**:

- Plan and execute **mitigating measures**:

- **Collect and present high-level accurate status **reports to executive management
- **Monitor and enforce compliance **to business processes
- **Drive key continuous improvement activities **within the business line, division and wider Infineon Project Management community

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Electrical Engineering **, **Physics **or comparable
- At least **10+ years **total **experience **in **silicon and software development **with at least 6+ years **Project Management **experience
- Exceptional **leadership and coordination skills **to steer cross functional and cross organizational teams as well as external partners
- Experience in **managing and developing project managers**:

- Experience with numerous **program management tools **, **methodologies **and **best **practices**:

- **Knowledge **in **Automotive standards **(e.g. ISO 16949, ISO 26262) and microcontroller is highly appreciated
- Experience **working in a collaborative environment **and willing to challenge themselves and the team in order to deliver products to market in a fast-moving industry
- A **Project Management Certification **such as **PMP **or **PMI**:

- Excellent verbal and written **English **communication **skills
