Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Drive the digital development of the defined Key Account (KA) webshops in Europe, seeking to enhance our brand representation & ultimately grow digital net sales & market share
- Build sustainable long-term digital growth plans with the defined focus KAs, in collaboration with the Digital Sales Managers and Wholesale (B2B) teams
- Champion a digital-first mentality across the wholesale organisation & drive the agenda in digitally upskilling the sales workforce to capitalize on shifting consumer shopping habits
- Input into & execute the Global Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) strategy, with a clear focus on the European market
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Enhance the visibility of our brand across the digital wholesale (DPC) channel, with an elevated priority across the identified Alliance Partners in Europe
- Develop & foster a digital first mindset across our wholesale organization, upskilling our teams by leveraging the expertise from the adidas Direct to Consumer eCom team and leading external partners (i.e. Google)
- In collaboration with the Alliance Digital Sales Managers, drive the execution of a mutually agreed joint business plan with a clear focus on driving digital market share growth
- Lead a team of Digital Cluster Leads across Europe, ensuring that the European DPC strategy is implemented in a consistent manner, tailoring to the local cluster needs where appropriate
- Continuously assess the end-to-end commercial and operational go-to-market process, proposing how we can optimise our approach across the digital landscape, to ensure adidas continue to innovate & lead in this space
- Work in collaboration with adidas eCom, to ensure investments into our brands across the market are driving incremental sales, whilst monitoring to ensure mínimal cannibalisation
- Showcase digital & commercial expertise in internal & external environments (e.g. Sell-ins, Key Account meetings, General Manager/Sales Director meetings, Sales & Marketing meetings etc.)
- Assess the digital marketplace, embracing a continuous improvement mindset in suggesting enhancements to how our brands are seen by the consumer
- With a focus on the consumer, evaluate how our current go-to-market approach can be optimised to drive mutual benefits & increased efficiencies

- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing a large team in a multi-faceted complex organisation, with tangible evidence of exceeding expectations & driving team development
- Minimum 8 years professional experience, preferably within the digital space
- Experience in eCommerce - ideally both retailer & brand side
- Experience working with leading global eMarketplace platforms
- Experience and understanding of how to optimise eCommerce UX and drive site optimisations to improving visibility and sales for a brand
- Experience working with pan-country teams and accounts & understand
