Werkstudent:in im Bereich Customer Service
zur Unterstützung im Team Operations am Standort Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist Mitglied unseres Teams Operations im Bereich Customer Service
- Du passt Dokumentationen an die Kunden
- und Nutzer-Bedürfnisse an
- Du erstellst Schulungsmaterialien und -vorlagen und bereitest diese selbstständig prozessual vor
- Du unterstützt in der Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen im 2nd & 3rd Level (Online, CRM, Stationär)
- Du analysierst mögliche systemische Schwachstellen (CRM, Backend-Systeme) und unterstützt die Konzeption einer Lösung sowie die Steuerung der Umsetzung
- Du stellst den Kunden in den Fokus Deiner Arbeit
- Du bringst Deine Ideen zur stetigen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse ein
- Du arbeitest selbständig, zielorientiert und sorgfältig
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedensten Teams aus Billing, Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment etc. zusammen
- Du erhebst Customer Journeys und baust Customer Journeys auf
- Du erstellst Prozesse und dokumentierst diese sauber und eigenständig
**Profile**:
- Du bist immatrikulierte/r Student:in
- Du bist idealerweise 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar
- Du bringst Freude an der Kommunikation per Telefon und E-Mail sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und hast dabei ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
- Du besitzt stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in Kombination mit einer pragmatischen „Hands-on“-Mentalität
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist erfahren in der Nutzung der gängigen MS Office Programme, ein Plus ist die Erfahrung mit Office 365
