Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
Als Trainer*in hältst Du Schulungen für die Kolleg*innen in unserem Customer Service mit dem Ziel, die Servicekompetenz immer auf einem hohen Level zu halten. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei in der Durchführung von technischen Trainings. Spaß bei der Arbeit wird bei uns groß geschrieben: Wir sind ein kleines Team von Trainer*innen und Wissensmanager*innen, die sich gegenseitig unterstützen. Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

- Einarbeitung sowie die Aus
- und Weiterbildung von neuen sowie erfahrenen Mitarbeitenden mit dem Ziel, die Qualität, Leistung und damit verbunden die Kundenzufriedenheit zu fördern.
- Durchführung von technischen Schulungen
- Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Leiten von Seminaren und Workshops für neue und erfahrene Mitarbeitende
- Trainieren von Mitarbeiter*innen „on the job"
- Vorhandene Schulungen weiterentwickeln, Handoutmaterialien erstellen

Dein Profil:

- Callcenter-Erfahrung mit Schwerpunkt IT- oder Webhosting ist wünschenswert.
- Eine anerkannte Trainer-Qualifikation ist wünschenswert aber kein Muss.
- Idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse von Moderations
- und Trainingsmethoden sowie der konzeptionellen Gestaltung von Trainingsunterlagen.
- Motivierendes, souveränes und professionelles Auftreten.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer: Kommunikation und positives Auftreten sind Deine Stärke.
- Du bist flexibel, Dich schnell in die produktiven sowie die Trainingsprozesse einzuarbeiten.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrungen mit E-Learning-Plattformen wünschenswert.
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
