Seit 2021 gehört das Hotel zur Marriott International Familie.
Gelegen mitten im Herzen Berlins, zwischen Ku'Damm und Brandenburger Tor, bietet das Hotel, neben 500 Gästezimmern und Suiten, Meeting
- und Konferenzräume für insgesamt bis zu 5.500 Personen und dementsprechend viel Raum für unterschiedlichste Events. Des Weiteren verfügt es über zwei Restaurants und eine Bar für kulinarische Erlebnisse, sowie einem exklusiven Spa
- und Wellnessbereich.
Nach einer umfangreichen Renovierung ist das Hotel zur Luxusmarke „JW Marriott“ geworden, die zu Ehren ihres Gründers John Willard Marriott benannt wurde.

- Du betreust unsere treusten Gäste und schaffst einzigartige Erinnerungen
- Du zauberst unseren Gästen zu jeder Uhrzeit ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, da die Lounge zu jeder Zeit offen ist
- Du begleitest uns aktiv mit kreativen Ideen, um unsere Gäste zu begeistern
- Du schaffst es, dass die kulinarische Reise für unsere Gäste nicht nur in Restaurant & Bar stattfindet
- Auch wenn es mal stressiger wird, behältst Du einen ruhigen Kopf
- Du pflegst die enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Küchen-Team im Zeichen von "OneTeam-OneDream"
- Vorbereitung und Ordnung ist die halbe Miete, daher bist Du mit Deinem Team Profi im Mise-en-Place
- Du hältst zu jederzeit die Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP ein und arbeitest nach unseren JW Service Guidelines
- Bei Reklamationen behältst Du den Überblick und kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Gästen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass die gesamte Lounge jederzeit repräsentativ aussieht
- Du hast immer ein Auge auf unser Getränke
- und Speisenangebot und sorgst dafür, dass es stets gut bestückt ist
- Du kümmerst Dich darum, dass sich die Teller und Gläser nicht auf den Tischen stapeln
- Du bist über das lokale Tagesgeschehen informiert, um unseren Gästen Empfehlungen auszusprechen
- Du stehst in ständigem Austausch mit dem Front Office & Guest Realtion für Informationen & VIP-Gäste
- Du siehst proaktiv die Arbeit und packst in jedem Servicebereich mit an

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel-/ Restaurantfach sowie Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe möglich
- Alternativ auch ein Studium für Hotel-/ Tourismus
- bzw. Culinary Management
- Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
- Herzliche, authentische und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
- Mitreißende Kommunikations
- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
