**Job Outline**
- Support RFAM (Regional Finance & Administration Manager) with internal and external audit preparation and management e.g. social security, income tax, VAT, customs etc. and support in the timely preparation and submission of all mandatory reports or statistics to local tax advisors.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as coordination of office facility, repairs and maintenance and ad hoc tasks for Emirates in Germany as instructed by RFAM
- Ensure that aviation tax (OY), VAT from HO and local books, import tax is computed correctly, submitted and paid on time and claims for recoveries are handled.
- Assist in procurement of assets IT and non IT, initiate write off process
- Assist in overall compliance issues, e.g. related to car insurances, road tax, preparing information to official bodies.
- Assist with any other Finance Department related ad-hoc administrative duties as and when necessary including assisting with ad hoc projects, providing support to management, staff and suppliers with any queries related to company cars, mobile and landline telecommunication etc..
- Check and compute staff travel expenses and ensure local rules and regulations are adhered to.
- Initiate contract negotiations together with head of departments. Arrange for signatories as per authorities manual. Contracts maintenance and filing.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ of admin and or accounting/finance experience
- Advanced level of education or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word/Excel
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
- Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Germany.
- This is part time position (19.25 hours per week) and temporary until approx. Q1/2026
