Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Executive Search suchen wir am Standort Frankfurt am Main ab sofort und in Vollzeit eine(n)

ASSISTANT FINANCE / OFFICE MANAGEMENT (M/W/D)


Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung, des Head of Finance und des Beraterteams in der effizienten Administration und Organisation des gesamten Projektablaufs
  • Mitwirkung und Überwachung von finanziellen Transaktionen hinsichtlich vereinbarter Zahlungstermine und Fristen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Überwachung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung sowie der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen und Gutschriften über erbrachte Leistungen entsprechend vereinbarter Konditionen
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen, Generierung von Reports und anderen schriftlichen Unterlagen im Finance-Kontext, Zuarbeit zum Steuerberater im Bereich Buchhaltung, Mahnwesen und Rechnungsstellung
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben sowie die Erledigung von adhoc-Anfragen und adhoc-Aufgaben
  • Professionelle und diskrete Betreuung der Mandanten und Kandidaten
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von vertraulichen Kandidatenberichten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Terminkoordination und Pflege der Datenbank
  • Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit allen internen Abteilungen und Geschäftspartnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation, Dokumentation und Nachbereitung interner oder externer Meetings
  • Planung und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen mit anschließender Reisekostenabrechnung.

Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Finance und Accounting Hintergrund und relevanter Erfahrung in einer Branche mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Office-Programmen, insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in DATEV
  • Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Verschwiegenheit und hohe Sensibilität im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Geschick gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • Eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe, viel Herzblut und Engagement
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch sowie der Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren
  • Eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, bedingt durch die fortschreitende Digitalisierung in unseren Prozessen
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
