**Deine Aufgaben**
- Als Teil eines erfahrenen Dealteams unterstützt Du Deine Senior Teammitglieder in allen Aspekten einer Transaktion, einschließlich Origination, Strukturierung, Absicherung und Vertrieb von Asset-Backed-Finanzierungslösungen.
- Du analysierst Portfolios in verschiedenen Anlageklassen im Bereich der Verbriefung (Autoforderungen, Verbraucherkredite, Hypotheken, Mobilienleasing, Kreditkarten und ungewöhnliche Vermögenswerte), erstellst Recherchen für die relevanten Märkte und pflegst Informationen über anstehende Transaktionen und potenzielle Kunden.
- Darüber hinaus erstellst Du Konzepte und Kundenpräsentationen und unterstützt die Umsetzung von innovativen Finanzierungs
- und Beratungslösungen.
- Du entwickelst und nutzt umfassende Transaktionsmodelle (z. B. Cashflow-Modelle, Stress-Szenario-Analysen) und machst Dich mit den relevanten Vorschriften für Verbriefungsprodukte vertraut.
- Unter Einsatz Deiner hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten interagierst Du mit externen und internen Stakeholdern wie Originatoren, Rating-Agenturen, Kreditrisiko, Syndikat, Vertrieb und Rechtsberatern. Ebenso triffst Du die relevanten Akteure auf der Käuferseite wie Vermögensverwalter, Hedgefonds und andere alternative Kreditinvestoren.
- Indem Du Junior-Analysten und Praktikanten in unserem Team anleitest und ausbildest bringst Du uns und Dich selbst voran.

**Dein Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss / CFA, vorzugsweise in (quantitativen) Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Front-Office-Bereich des Corporate & Investment Banking, vorzugsweise in einer kapitalmarktbezogenen oder strukturierten/leveraged Finance-Position
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel inkl. VBA, PowerPoint und Bloomberg; fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Programmierung und Datenanalyse sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Risikominderung und der Schlüsselkonzepte bei Verbriefungen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte quantitative Fähigkeiten und Interesse daran, einen Beitrag zu einem Bereich zu leisten, der Unternehmensfinanzierung, Kapitalmärkte, Derivate und Verbriefungsdisziplinen miteinander verbindet, sowie die Fähigkeit, große Datenmengen und damit verbundene Zusammenhänge zu handhaben, auszuwerten und zu analysieren
- Sorgfältig und organisiert, mit einem Auge für Details und Spaß an internationaler Teamarbeit
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch ist von Vorteil

**Associate (f/m/x) Global Balance Sheet Distribution in Frankfurt**

**Your Tasks**
- As part of an experienced deal team, you support your senior team members in all aspects of a transaction, including origination, structuring, hedging and distribution of asset-backed financing solutions.
- You analyse portfolios across asset classes in the securitisation space (auto receivables, consumer loans, mortgages, equipment leasing, credit cards and esoteric assets) and prepare research for the relevant markets and maintain pipeline information about upcoming deals and prospective clients.
- Moreover, you prepare conceptual designs, client presentations and support the implementation of innovative financing and advisory solutions.
- Furthermore, you develop and use comprehensive transaction models (e.g. cash flow models, stress scenario analysis) and familiarise yourself with the relevant regulations for securitisation products.
- Utilising your excellent communication skills, you will interact with external and internal stakeholders, such as originators, rating agencies, credit risk, syndicate, sales, and legal counsels. Similarly, you will meet the relevant players on the buy-side such as asset managers, hedge funds and other alternative credit investors.
- Moving us and yourself forward, you mentor and train junior analyst and interns in our team.
