**Associate (f/m/x) Global Balance Sheet Distribution in Frankfurt**

**Your Tasks**:

- As part of an experienced deal team, you support your senior team members in all aspects of a transaction, including origination, structuring, hedging and distribution of asset-backed financing solutions.
- You analyse portfolios across asset classes in the securitisation space (auto receivables, consumer loans, mortgages, equipment leasing, credit cards and esoteric assets) and prepare research for the relevant markets and maintain pipeline information about upcoming deals and prospective clients.
- Moreover, you prepare conceptual designs, client presentations and support the implementation of innovative financing and advisory solutions.
- Furthermore, you develop and use comprehensive transaction models (e.g. cash flow models, stress scenario analysis) and familiarise yourself with the relevant regulations for securitisation products.
- Utilising your excellent communication skills, you will interact with external and internal stakeholders, such as originators, rating agencies, credit risk, syndicate, sales, and legal counsels. Similarly, you will meet the relevant players on the buy-side such as asset managers, hedge funds and other alternative credit investors.
- Moving us and yourself forward, you mentor and train junior analyst and interns in our team.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree / CFA, preferably in (quantitative) finance or accounting
- Multiple years of front office experience in corporate & investment banking, preferably in a capital market or structured/leveraged finance related role
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel incl. VBA, PowerPoint and Bloomberg are required; advanced coding / data analytics skills are definitely a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to risk mitigation and key concepts in securitisation will be an advantage
- Strong quantitative skills and an interest in contributing to an area that combines corporate finance, capital markets, derivatives and securitisation disciplines and able to handle, evaluate and analyse large sets of data and related contexts
- Diligent and organised with an eye for detail and the desire to work in an international team
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, German is an advantage
