AUFGABEN DER POSITION

Durch Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Kundendienst, betriebsführende und unterstützende Funktionen, gemeinsam mit dem breiteren EMEA Cinema Management, ist der
_Director, Deluxe Cinema, Germany_ verantwortlich für den täglichen Betriebsablauf des in Berlin vertretenen Teams von Deluxe Cinema.

PRIMÄRER VERANWORTUNGSBEREICH- Verantwortlich für den Betrieb von Deluxe Cinema in Deutschland und die Gewährleistung der pünktlichen und vollständigen Erfüllung aller Kundenaufträge.- Sicherstellung der adäquaten Besetzung der operationalen Teams mit den passenden Ressourcen zur Erfüllung der verschiedenen Anforderungen im Unternehmen.- Schaffung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb der operationalen Teams durch aktives Engagement und Entscheidungsfähigkeit in der Belegschaft, damit sie versteht, wie sie zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen kann.- Proaktiv mit lokalen Kunden in Dialog treten und als Eskalationsstelle agieren bei Anfragen oder Problemen, die das Kundenservice-Team meldet.- Mit den weiteren EMEA Kunden-Teams arbeiten zu Aktivitäten des Kundenengagements.- Verantwortlich gewährleisten, dass die gesamte lokale Belegschaft den Erwartungen entsprechend arbeitet und proaktiv jegliche Personalprobleme lösen, z. B. bei der Organisation der Leistungsfähigkeit.- Fähig sein, mit unterschiedlichsten Mitarbeitern umzugehen, von Lagerarbeitern bis zu Betriebsmanagern.- Einen Beitrag leisten zur Finanzplanung des Betriebs in Berlin und diese letztlich verantworten.- Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Betrieb erkennen und Projekte entwickeln, die zu substanziellen Veränderungen im Unternehmen führen.- Geschäftliche Aktualisierungen erstellen und an die lokale Belegschaft und das EMEA-Management ausgeben.- Als Verwaltungsleiter des Berliner Betriebs agieren.

PERSONALPROFIL

Eine eigenständige, selbstsichere Führungskraft, die voraus geht und Teams zum Erfolg führt. Ein erfahrener Betriebsmanager (m/w/d), der Planungen an geänderte Erfordernisse anpassen kann. Eine Führungskraft, die mit Mitarbeitern aus allen Ebenen des Unternehmens umgehen kann, bis hin zur Führungsebene für Europa. Ein selbstsicherer Kommunikator mit fließendem Englisch und in der Lage, Besprechungen auf allen Ebenen zu leiten.
