Our users have easy access via smartphone and tablet to our programs for back/hip/knee pain and COPD using this evidencebased approach.

We are seeking a Managing Director Germany to provide strategic leadership in our rapidly growing business.

You will be responsible for leading our commercial team in Germany, hiring additional team members, developing a commercial strategy and constantly challenging and tweaking the status quo.

You will directly report to the Co-CEO & Co-Founder.

What You Need for this Position

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Sales or Consulting, showcasing a proven history of leadership accomplishments
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role within a highly demanding environment, such as a VCbacked company or a consulting firm
  • You have a knack for building quantifiable processes and guiding teams through data
  • You know exactly what a great sales approach and sales rep looks like
  • You speak nearlynative German and have a very good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with selling to doctors is a plus
  • Experience in B2B2C business models is a plus
