**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung von M&A- sowie Konzernprojekten in steuerlicher Hinsicht
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Fragen auf dem Gebiet des nationalen / internationalen Konzernsteuerrechts
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung des Konzerns in Bezug auf steuerliche Sachverhalte durch Prozessänderungen
- Analyse steuerrelevanter Rechtsentwicklungen und Umsetzung im Konzern
- Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen
- Mitarbeit bei Rechtsbehelfs
- und Klageverfahren

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, gerne mit steuerlichem Schwerpunkt
- Weiterbildung zum Steuerberater oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A Tax bzw. im nationalen und internationalen Konzernsteuerrecht
- Sehr gut Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Analytische Denkweise
- Spaß an der Bearbeitung von komplexen Sachverhalten
