**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Möglichst Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fuhrparkmanagement, Kfz-Schadenmanagement oder als Kfz-Mechatroniker/-in, Karosserie
- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker/-in
- Du verstehst Kfz-Gutachten, Kostenvoranschläge und Schadenkalkulationen. Du hast immer einen Überblick über unseren Fuhrpark
- Du bist strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei stressigen Situationen die Kontrolle und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und unseren Partnern.
- Dein Wesen ist motiviert, freundlich und charmant
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und dein Englisch ist verhandlungssicher. Ein Plus ist es, wenn du dich auch in anderen Sprachen (wie Spanisch, Arabisch, Russisch,...) mit unseren Kunden unterhalten kannst
- Du bist flexibel und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, im Schichtdienst, am Wochenende und Feiertagen zu arbeiten

**\_\_DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS**:

- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden immer ein verkehrssicheres Fahrzeug erhalten. Hierzu gehört die Regulierung von Schadensfällen genauso wie die Koordination von planbaren und nicht planbaren Events, wie Kundenservice, HU/AU, Reifenumrüstung und andere anfallende Reparaturen
- Du optimierst das Schaden
- und Reparaturmanagement: Als Experte/in in deinem Bereich, prüfst du täglich unseren Fuhrpark und Schadensgutachten. Du entscheidest über geeignete Reparaturwege mit einem permanenten Blick auf unsere Schadenquote und andere Flottenkennzahlen
- Du pflegst unser Flottenmanagementsystem und prüfst Rechnungen unserer Partner auf Richtigkeit
- Du hast immer ein Blick auf die Profitabilität deiner Filiale und verlierst auch die Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit und Auslastung nicht aus den Augen
- Nach deiner Einarbeitung bist du ein Profi in Bezug auf unsere Dienstleistungen, unseren Fuhrpark und unsere Prozesse
