**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and Manage Sales Team**: Oversee the direct sales team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and guidance, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- **Team Training and Development**: Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and sales.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Fluent German skills is mandatory.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
