**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Center of Expertise (CoE) for Mobility & Immigration as a Working Student. In this role, you will provide essential support for our mobility programs (such as intracompany transfers) and immigration matters throughout the employee lifecycle, and offer administrative assistance to the team. Your responsibilities will mainly cover administrative processes, including data entry into our HR and Mobility systems, contract management, and maintenance of various files (in Excel, Word, and Outlook) and tools (e.g., Trello). Your daily business will involve conducting research and analysis, as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations.

This position is to be filled as soon as possible. It allows for flexible working hours, preferably 20 hours per week during academic semesters and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Most of the work will need to be done onsite; limited remote work may be possible after the onboarding period. You must be an enrolled university student in Germany.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- You can proficiently create PowerPoint slides and demonstrate excellent Excel skills.
- You are a quick learner, effectively prioritize tasks, and complete tasks within deadlines.
- You deliver detail-oriented work and quickly adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Multitasking comes naturally to you, and you perform efficiently under time constraints.
- You are proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to high quality standards.
- You possess exceptional interpersonal and self-organization skills, coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and in a structured manner with various stakeholders.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in an intercultural or HR-relevant field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German (C1 level) and English are a must.
- You have completed previous internships or working student roles with a focus on tasks requiring strong organizational skills.
- You display a keen interest in mobility and immigration topics.
