**Your contribution**:
- Partner with process owners and key stakeholders to **identify**, **evaluate**, and **document process improvement opportunities** that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or **reduce expenses and eliminate waste**:
- ** Identify**and **analyse** **processes**(from end to end) in B2B space, **measuring**the **KPIs** and providing recommendation for improving efficiency with respect to time and cost
- Responsible for developing and **implementing governance processes**:
- ** Guide the implementation**of changes and **ensure**a **smooth transition** to new processes
- ** Model** **Lead-to-Cash processes** and data using tools such as TIMS, ERP/SAP, CRM and PowerBI
- Act as a **Business Analyst**, **Business** **Focal Point** and** Reporting expert**
**What makes you stand out**:
- At least **5 years of professional experience** in mobile telecom technologies and deployment
- An **university degree** in **Telecommunications** **Engineering**, **Civil Engineering**, or a **comparable degree**:
- ** Comprehensive understanding** of theories and practices about **infrastructure operations and maintenance**:
- Strong **relationship building skills** with internal and external partners to support infrastructure deployment and solid **communication skills**:
- Fluent **German**and **English**skills written and spoken (C1)
