DÜS Eckert ist das führende Spracheninstitut für Deutschkurse in Düsseldorf und Essen. Seit 2004 haben wir über 25.000 migrantischen und geflüchteten Menschen die deutsche Sprache und kulturelle Inhalte vermittelt, um sie bei einer aktiven Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft zu unterstützen.
Wir suchen eine kompetente und engagierte Persönliche Assistenz in Teilzeit (20-30 Stunden pro Woche), die William Eckert bei seiner Arbeit als Leitung unserer Schule in Essen, unseren Firmensprachkursen und als Chief Brand Officer unterstützt.

Aufgaben
- Organisation: Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben und die Terminplanung.
- Kommunikation: Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Kundinnen und Kooperationspartnerinnen und vermittelst zwischen dem Team und Vorstand.
- Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst unsere Prozesse und hilft bei der Entwicklung und Koordination von Projekten.
- Personal: Du unterstützt uns in unterschiedlichen Personalaufgaben - von der ersten Auswahl hin bis zum Onboarding.
- Du bist gefragt: Jede Person hat ihre eigenen Stärken und bei uns gibt es die Möglichkeiten, passende Aufgaben zu deinen Vorlieben zu finden.
Qualifikation
- Sprachen: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (mindestens C1) und Englisch auf fließendem Niveau (mindestens B2).
- Organisation: Du hast ein Talent dafür, äußerst organisiert und sorgfältig zu arbeiten. Es macht dir Spaß, für Ordnung zu sorgen und zu dokumentieren.
- Kommunikation: Du hast exzellente kommunikative Kompetenzen, bist dabei effektiv und behältst immer den Überblick.
- Technische Fähigkeiten: Du hast gute technische Fähigkeiten, kennst dich hervorragend mit dem Computer und gängigen Programmen aus und arbeitest dich gerne und schnell in neue Software ein.
- Flexibilität: Du schätzt ein dynamisches Aufgabenfeld und hast Interesse an vielfältigen Aufgaben - wir entwickeln uns ständig weiter und bringen Innovation.
- Soziales Denken: Du möchtest an einer gesellschaftlich bedeutsamen Aufgabe mitwirken und strebst danach, zusammen mit unserem Team die bestmögliche Bildung für unsere Teilnehmenden zu entwickeln.
