**Who will you be joining?**
You will be working in the dynamic and international Group People and Culture division. This position offers the opportunity to work in the exciting area of employee engagement, contributing to the global Allianz Engagement Survey (AES) project as well as being part of building a holistic employee experience (EX) listening landscape.
Group People and Culture is responsible for developing and monitoring business and culture initiatives based on the feedback received by over 130,000 employees across more than 70 countries. Working in close collaboration with the Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) and the Allianz SE Board of Management.
**How can you make an impact?**
Responsibility for the successful operational implementation and delivery of the Allianz Engagement Survey and reporting process this includes a focus on:
- General project management to set up annual global employee engagement survey, regular pulse surveys, and achieve external certifications (e.g. GPTW).
- Collaboration with entities worldwide, HR departments and vendor to successfully run and follow up on survey
- Support continuous improvement of employee listening methodologies to generate actionable insights and automate processes, e.g. through IT platform integration.
- Global employee engagement community management and best-practice sharing
- Project, process, and data quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with data privacy, IT security, compliance, risk management, works council and legal requirements.
**What are you made of?**
**Minimal Requirements**:
- Degree background, with project management / statistics / data analytics / Business Admin / social science or related field preferred, further:
- Fluency in English and a second in-scope language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required with experience working with macros preferred
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills required
- Experience in working with additional technology platforms preferential (e.g. survey platforms (Qualtric, InMoment, MS Viva), SAP SuccessFactors).
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Relevant international project management experience - leading or co-leading projects with global and matrixes stakeholders
- International working experience and intercultural sensitivity, ideally with employee experience programs in at least one Allianz OE (local entity).
- Global engagement/censes survey experience desirable, ideally with the AES, Allianz global pulses and further employee experience programs.
- Experience working in operational environments with a focus on continues process improvement
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on team work
