You are a seasoned professional with a passion for strategy development and business optimization. We are looking for someone who can take the lead in our consulting projects, drive growth, and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.

Your Mission

  • Lead and accompany our consulting projects at international and national clients, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and realign corporate and business strategies, driving holistic transformations, growth, organizational development, and restructuring.
  • Develop and lead a team of analysts and junior consultants, fostering their growth and expertise.

Your Profile

  • A Master's degree from a reputable university, with an MBA or PhD being a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development as a project manager or in management and project responsibility, preferably in a management consultancy or international company.
  • Extensive project experience with a broad range of content from strategy development, organizational development, and business optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with fluency in German and English, and possibly another foreign language.
  • A strong feel for situations and people, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
